Psh, yep, now I start commenting. :B
Anyway, lovely job! :3 Beautiful shading and sheesssh a love that dress and those bags n' stuff. X3 As usual, your technique of giving each individual a unique face an physique is to be applauded.
My only comment (if I may) would be the foreshortened arm. Although it's technically not incorrect, visually, it doesn't quite work because it's far too extreme for a relatively calm image. I would suggest next time to keep the arm still relatively in focus; with foreshortening, but a little more subtle.
Oh, and I think her rib cage extends just a little too low and a little too bulky...
Otherwise it's soooopreettyyy. X333

Are you planning on playing Guild Wars 2? Look for Chiorix, if you do. :D

I really love how you draw hair. How do you make it look like that?

Yes; I have it pre-purchased. (I'm also working on creating a guild, if interested)

Mainly lots of layering. I start with the plain base colour; then add smaller lines and lighter hair colour, and I keep doing that until I feel it's finished.

I don't know if you want critique or not, but even so, I am ever envious of your painting skills.

I am always open to critique--since this picture is a few months old, it probably would be pointless, unless it's some sort of flaw you see from me a lot or I can do better in another picture concerning painting/style/etc.

Well if its a few months old, my critique would be futile :P

Keep up the beautiful work when you can!

Neat drawing. The coloring and shading are top-notch and I love the very lean, muscular look.

The wardrobe is a bit unconventional (somewhat skimpy on the upper body with a skirt decked with heavy-looking weapons), and it seems somewhat odd for an ice-wielder not to be wearing an outfit that looks a bit warmer, but aesthetically the outfit works out fine by showing off her muscular shoulders and midriff without being all about sex appeal like far too many fantasy and science-fiction female character designs.

The ice on the hands and forearms is cool, but for some reason the jagged, uneven shape makes me think less of ice and more of broken glass or crystal. Or maybe it was meant to be crystal, but I'm thinking it's ice since that's a far more typical elemental power.

The hair ornaments are nice details, and the weave of the dress definitely suggests a certain level of cultural refinement. The scythe, on the other hand, is a simple, practical design that suggests a very serious character who isn't excessively showy or flamboyant. Its only detail that marks it as unique, special, or magical is the glowy orb where the handle meets the blade.

Overall it should be clear that I know hardly a thing about Guild Wars or your character so I'm extrapolating an awful lot. But I hope I've given some meaningful feedback anyway. =)

This is really pretty. I'm not much of an art critique, but from what I can see, this is really nice. :)
